As a Front Desk Agent we need to make sure our guests have the best hospitality experience
- Assisting guests efficiently during check-in, check-out, making reservations
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and see all are met to satisfaction in timely manner
- Post charges, collect payment; respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
- Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedure
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Work setting:
- In-person
**Experience**:
- Hotel experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
