Fund Formation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Fund Formation Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of substantive experience in drafting and negotiating complex limited partnership/limited liability company agreements, including side letters, structuring joint venture investment transactions, private fund formation work (for sponsors and/or investors), and SEC investment advisory regulations to work with our large law firm client. Substantive private M&A experience is a plus, but not required.
**Qualifications**
- TX State Bar License (required)
- Solid Fund Formation / Joint Venture experience
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
Pay: $255,000.00 - $355,000.00 per year
