Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a **Security Site Supervisor**.

**Pay**:
$32. 50/Hr.

The **Security Site Supervisor** will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The** Security Site Supervisor** will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Site Supervisor - Unarmed. The Security Site Supervisor will be responsible for the security of a high profile client's facility, property, and critical infrastructure and key resource facilities for a designated shift. The Security Site Supervisor performs general security duties as directed in the protection of persons and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, as specified in post orders, and will deter criminal activity and misconduct.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to client site specific Post Orders
- Provide direction and instruction to security officers regarding the performance of their duties
- Cross-training officers to make them more versatile and run site efficiently
- Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management
- Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders & Field Training Outlines (FTO)
- Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under their direct supervision.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officer assigned to his/her shift
- Ensure that contract/AUS required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
- Maintain overtime to minimum or to a predefined level designated by Allied Universal®
- Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
- Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Be free of visible tattoos on areas of the body that are not covered by standard work attire; tattoos on the face, neck, hands, or any visible body part must be absent or easily concealable.**:

- **Be free of visible piercings, including facial piercings, during work hours; piercings that can be easily removed or concealed are acceptable.**:

- **Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, as the nature of the job may involve continuous periods of standing and walking.**:

- **Must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid driver's license
- Must possess one or more of the following:

- Associate's degree of higher in any discipline
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
- Minimum of (3 -5) years verifiable and successful Security Supervisor experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain poise and self-control during emergency situations
- Effective oral and written communication skills; write informatively, clearly, and accurately
- Planning and organizing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
- Problem solving skills
