Duties

- Oversee the planning, execution, and close-out of all construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Manage and develop a high-performing construction leadership team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship as needed.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that the company receives the best value for its investments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Director of Construction or in a senior leadership role within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and senior leadership.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Familiarity with business development and operations management principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
