Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled, experienced heavy equipment operators to join our team. All projects consist of site work, utility work (water/sewer), and septic. Experience in utility work & septic is an absolute must. All jobs are local to Fall River, MA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utility work, septic system installation, site work, demolition, and grading. Fluid operation of an excavator is a must as well as operation of a skid steer, bulldozer, & backhoe.
- Dig trenches with heavy equipment, perform utility locating to avoid damaging existing underground utilities, adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Transport heavy equipment with a trailer from job site to job site.
**Experience**:
- Proven 2 years experience in construction & heavy equipment operations, specifically utility work & septic
- Knowledge of pipe installation techniques and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Be motivated and dependable.
- Hold a valid driver's license with DOT medical card.
- Work efficiently & independently.
- Work well with others, & respect other team members.
- Have knowledge in the construction field.
