**Accounts Receivable Specialist**
Statistical Research, Inc. (“SRI”) is a privately-owned Cultural Resources Management firm established in 1983. The company is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our team in the position of Accounts Receivable Assistant in our Redlands, California office. The position is full time hourly and requires work to be performed on site in the Redlands office Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
**Job Summary**:
As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's receivables and ensuring timely billing. Your will be responsible for updating client records, monitor outstanding invoices and incoming payments.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and submit customer invoices
- Review employee timesheets and direct costs for accuracy
- Scan, file, and organize project documents
- Run various Excel reports for project managers
- Perform additional job duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Associates degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills including proficient use of MS Office
- Experience using Excel to compile and analyze data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritize duties
- Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, and /or move up to 25 pounds
- **Physical Requirements**:_
While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to work in a typical office setting, use standard office equipment, read printed materials, and a computer screen, and communicate in person and over the telephone. The work also requires the following physical abilities in order to perform the essential job functions: grasping, hearing, mental acuity, repetitive motion, speaking, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
