- Week one - Sun (off), Mon 6a - 2:30p, Tuesday - Thursday 7a - 3:30p, Fri (off), Sat 6a - 2:30p
- Week two - Sun 6a - 2:30p, Mon 6a - 2:30p, Tue 7a - 3:30p, Wed (off), Thursday & Friday 7a - 3:30p, Sat (off)
- Required Travel: N/A

What you will do:

- Professionally answer and process incoming telephone calls timely and accurately
- Respond and accurately process emergency notification requests including overhead announcements, pager notifications and escalation
- Documentation of daily activities in shift reports

What you will need:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Six months’ experience as a telephone operator on a multi-function switchboard is preferred
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Experience in a hospital or health care related setting preferred
