**What You'll Do**:

- Leads and manages the technology practice within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Works with the technology team to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions for various projects and clients, using best practices and industry standards.
- Oversees the technology strategy, vision, and roadmap for the organization, identifying new opportunities and trends.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance to the technology team, mentoring and coaching them on technical skills and career development.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, partners, etc.
- Evaluates and implements new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality of the technology practice.
- Ensures compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements for the technology practice.
- Manages the technology budget, resources, and performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**What You'll Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 12 years of relevant experience, including, or
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 11 years of relevant experience, or
- In lieu of education, 16 years of relevant experience.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Proficiency in various technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to the organization’s domain
- Knowledge of technology best practices and industry trends
- Ability to lead and manage the technology practice within the organization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Experience in working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
- Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Superior business development skills
- Proven program management experience in implementing enterprise digital platforms and data-driven initiatives
- Ability to mentor colleagues and work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Track record of inspiring and oversight of successful digital innovation initiatives

**What We Prefer**:

- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in leading and managing technology teams and projects.
- Consulting industry experience
- Transportation industry experience
- Experience managing and leading teams of 20+ individuals
- Experience with strategic planning for organizational growth and development
- Successful track record of managing sales and revenue for a $10M+ department
- Successful track record in business development with public sector transportation clients across the country
