**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
Deals discreetly with sensitive, confidential information concerning hospital affairs, information contained in minutes, letters and other documents.
- Demonstrates effective and appropriate communication with physicians, Department Managers, other employees, patients and visitors.
- Type and/or compose correspondence for the CEO and CFO, and as requested for other members of the Executive Staff, to include letters, memos, forms, policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for the CEO and CFO and as requested for other members of the Executive Staff to include telephone coverage, mail handling, compile data and prepare reports as required, process required forms, paper/electronic file maintenance (per Corporate retention schedule), and necessary communications internally and externally.
- Assist the CEO and CFO in the management of their schedules ensuring that all standing meetings are updated regularly.
- Handle calls for the CEO and CFO from both internal and external sources.
- Greet visitors, patients, hospital staff, and respond promptly and appropriately to their concerns/requests.
- Act as liaison between Medical Staff members and CEO responding in a timely manner to issues/requests.
- Act as liaison with the Central Atlantic Division office to ensure the timely fulfillment of requests, completion of reports, etc.
- Coordinate all meetings both on and off campus and travel arrangements for CEO and CFO and other members of the Executive Staff as requested.
- Initiate reminders to Executive Staff regarding meetings, report deadlines.
- Ensure prompt processing/routine of all documents signed and approved by CEO and CFO.

**What qualifications you will need**:

- At least 5 years of administrative/executive level experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills. Calm, professional demeanor, ability to relate with public, medical staff, and hospital staff in any situation. Ability to adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing environment that demands tact and confidentiality. Must be willing to “step outside the job”, observe and perform tasks that ensure successful day-to-day hospital operations. Self-starter, ability to work with mínimal supervision.
