Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Specialist to join our admissions team. The Admissions Specialist plays a critical role in managing the admissions process, facilitating treatment inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition for patients and their families seeking our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire admissions process from inquiry to intake, coordinating assessments, and facilitating admissions for incoming clients.

Act as the initial point of contact for referral sources and potential clients, guiding them through the pre-admission process and maintaining ongoing communication.

Achieve monthly performance goals by efficiently converting inquiries into admissions and providing exceptional customer service.

Educate clients and families on payment options, insurance processes, and coordinate financial arrangements.

Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support the admissions process and ensure seamless patient transitions.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of admissions, sales, or licensed clinical experience in behavioral health.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience in behavioral healthcare, particularly in residential or outpatient treatment settings.

Strong understanding of insurance policies, verification systems, and procedures.

Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to empathize and build rapport with diverse clientele.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively.
