Description:
The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the property.

**Focus Areas of Responsibility**
- Work under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor to develop knowledge in various maintenance categories such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Operate and assist in maintaining mechanical equipment.
- Complete and maintain logs.
- Perform general repairs across the property.
- Must be in rotation for “on call” schedule with other property team members and available to work off hours when needed.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to professionally respond to tenant requests.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to maintain all information with the highest degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

- The employee must climb ladders to obtain roof access.

***$2,000 Sign-On Bonus $500 after 30 days, then remainder after 6 months
