**Position Overview**:
Airpark/Allard Collision - Scottsdale is looking to add a **Collision Blueprint Estimator** who is self-motivated and has high personal goals and objectives to our family. We are looking for a skilled collision estimator to work with our team on vehicles in a fast-paced auto body shop environment. As a Collision Estimator, you'll write estimates for vehicle repairs that meet both manufacturer and industry guidelines. Airpark/Allard Collision - Scottsdale uses an industry leading production process that results in decreased cycle time and an overall better customer experience.
**Work Environment**:
You will be in the shop all day writing estimates. You will be expected to be part of the team in the back with the techs and parts department as well as the front office with the service advisors who help the customers and insurance companies. Together, we will provide the best possible customer experience.
**Requirements**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Blueprint estimating, writing preliminary estimates and supplemental estimates
Working with parts department to correctly identify parts that need to be ordered
Working with service advisors to complete insurance compliant estimates
Working with technicians to make sure 100% of the damages are identified and documented
Good quality photo documentation of the damage
Lead team for disassembly of the repair
Drive cycle time with the production manager using repair phases effectively
**Qualifications/Experience**:
Positive - Takes Initiative
Organizational skills are key in this role
2 Years collision estimating is an absolute must
Strong computer skills and highly proficient in CCC estimating and management is a requirement
Able to use and understand parts ordering software a plus (you will not be ordering parts but need to know how to acquire information)
Attention to detail
Team player with an energetic personality and great customer service attitude
Must be 18 years or older
Will be on your feet all day
