**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

The Facilities Associate will be required to work on-site 3 weekdays per week for 8 hours per day, at one of the studio locations in either the Midtown East or Chelsea areas. The associate will be expected to:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and installing equipment, fixing lockers and painting
- Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical and capentry knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency with electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Experience supervising maintenance activities is preferred
- Experience with painting and upholstery is preferred
