Position Status and Working Hours:

- Part-time, non-exempt
- 5 days per week

**Key Responsibilities**

**Membership Growth and Engagement**:

- Be the face of our organization, building and nurturing relationships with businesses and industry leaders to showcase the incredible benefits of our community.
- Keep our network buzzing with an up-to-date database of potential members and extend exclusive invitations to our exciting business activities.
- Regularly share your successes and progress with the Executive Team, keeping everyone in the loop on our membership goals.

**Retention Initiatives**:

- Lead a dynamic member retention program, working with our dedicated volunteers to keep our members engaged and satisfied.
- Ensure new members feel right at home with a seamless onboarding process, highlighting the amazing business benefits and connections we offer.
- Present customized advertising, committee, and sponsorship opportunities to cater to the unique needs of our members.

**Member Services**:

- Partner with the Executive Team to explore and evaluate new member benefit programs and partnerships.
- Use our membership database to record and manage member interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with our Volunteer team, aligning outreach efforts with our organizational goals and ensuring a unified approach.

**Administrative Support**:

- Prepare insightful reports for monthly Board meetings, sharing valuable trends and statistics on our membership.
- Help create and maintain engaging membership marketing materials, from newsletters to welcome packets and directories.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support our organizational objectives and keep us moving forward.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation abilities.
- A strong commitment to delivering relationship-focused customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), database management software, and analytics tools. WordPress experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Self-motivated with a professional demeanor and reliable transportation.
- Local residents preferred.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus.
- A valid CA driver’s license.

**Compensation**:

- USD 20 - 25 per hour.
