**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced centralized commercial underwriting environment
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, prioritize, and execute tasks to balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensure quality
- Analyze and process borrower forbearance and loan modification requests while adhering to the process accurately
- Process daily Universal Commercial Code transactional duties for borrowers in a timely manner
- Handle loan disbursement and managing milestones in accordance with established policies and procedures

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Associates degree in Business administration, Economics, or related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Min. of 2 years of tangible work experience in an operations or administrative support role
- Demonstrate priority-driven thinking through excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Tasks are to be performed independently, with mínimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.
- Intellectual curiosity and strong creative problem-solving skills

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in the fintech lending sector
