**Duties**:

- Greet and assist patients and families with the admissions process
- Collect and verify patient information, including medical records and insurance details
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical providers
- Follow up on incoming leads for perspective families
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, families, and medical staff
- Go getter attitude
- Provide administrative support to Executive Director team as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in Memory Car/Assisted Living required
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and phone systems
- Knowledge of medical records management and administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Benefits & Compensation**:

- Salary range between $25 to $32/hr **DOE**
