Related Title: Administrative Assistant/ Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Privacy and Transponder Administrator Supervisor

Supervises: Oversees vehicle transponder program.

Classification:
Education and/or Experience
- High School education or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience desired in telecommunications and computer data systems.
- Customer Service experience.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
- Knowledge of various computer programs and entry/ access systems.
- Knowledge of patrol procedures, gate entry procedures, and access reports.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergencies.

Job Summary (Essential Functions)

Contact in person and answer phone calls from homeowners, members, guests, staff and vendors. Enter vehicle information and data into multiple computer data systems used for the Privacy Department. Monitor digital video cameras of all entry gates within Bighorn Properties.

Job Tasks/Duties
- Ability to multi-task and think clearly.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintains radio and telephone communications.
- Performs assistance to homeowners, members, guests and vendors.
- Completes all data entry in multiple computer systems within the workplace.
- Operate and understand multiple office computer technologies.
- Monitors all appropriate security digital camera recording systems.
- Maintains accurate records of numerous billing records from the Privacy Department.
- Is familiar with Bighorn Golf Club accounts receivable/payable procedures.
- Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Director of Privacy.

Licenses and Special Requirements
- Possession of State of California (BSIS) Guard Card.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Frequent exposure and use of computer and television monitors.
- Working conditions are mostly inside with climate-controlled temperatures.
- Can be exposed to hot, sunny, humid, cold or rainy weather conditions.
- Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment that is typical of this position.
- Frequent repetitive motions with hands and fingers.
- Continuous sitting for extended periods.
