Air Import Operation Supervisor

- Plan and coordinate import shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations and documentation requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise
- Oversee inventory management related to imported goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting

**Skills**:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Mechanical knowledge for handling imported goods
- Experience in logistics, including 3PL operations
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to imports
- Strong team management skills to lead import teams effectively
- Understanding of warehouse management systems for inventory control
- Experience in distribution center operations

Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
