**What will I be doing?**

The Human Resources Coordinator is Responsible for administrative duties to support the Human Resources Manager and Department with day-to-day tasks relative to Leave of Absence, Labor/Employee Relations, Worker's Compensation and Employment.
- Administer all intake of Labor/Employee Relations issues, complaints and grievances. Gather and collect all evidence and documentation related to Team Member Discipline and distribute as required. Assist HR/Labor Relations Manager with all grievances, investigations and inquires.
- Assist Managers with administrative functions, such as processing new hire paperwork, employment requisitions, updating Organizational Charts, assists with projects such as training classes, job fairs, etc. Maintain Team Member files, I-9, Health Cards and other HR related documentation and records.
- Assist team members with any questions and procedures. Assist with HR Front Desk Receptionist duties.
- Maintains adequate amounts of office materials and supplies as necessary.
