**Required Skills**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and local managed care regulations, prior experience in Managed Care setting preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive and sustain change.
- Knowledge or experience in clinical quality assurance, auditing, compliance, education of clinical staff, clinical documentation improvement.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships among staff, physicians, and patients/families. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly; actively listens and always follows appropriate channels of communications.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge required to understand, guide, and support educational system processes, including EMR software, Allscripts, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate educational programs and processes
- Detail-oriented and able to operate independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives Ability to demonstrate teaching/learning strategies utilizing variety of teaching strategies and available teaching resources.

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree
- Five or more years’ clinical experience in acute hospital setting
- Experience as Charge Nurse/Preceptor
- Experience as Case Manager
**Preferred**:
- Master’s level Degree, Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- ACM or CCM Certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year upon hire
- Experience in quality, performance improvement, education or a directly related field.
