**Position Overview**:
As a Client Relations Specialist at Likely Inc., you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients while ensuring effective communication and coordination between internal departments. Your primary responsibility will be to keep clients updated on project status and production schedules, liaising with various departments from creative design to production. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to high-level clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, production timelines, and any changes or delays.

2. Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including creative design, production, and logistics, to ensure projects progress smoothly and meet client expectations.

3. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle, working independently to find solutions and mitigate risks.

4. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, attentive listening, and personalized service.

5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the client's specifications and quality standards before delivery.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and production schedules, and generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.

7. Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate within the company, representing their interests and providing feedback to inform product development and process improvements.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, client preferences, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven 3+ experience** in client relations, account management, or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or design environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and independently to overcome challenges.
- Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service to high-level clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site at Likely Inc. headquarters.
