**Primary Role**:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Project Managers and Procurement Managers in the execution of Clinical Trial Equipment and Supplies projects. The Project Coordinator assists with the management of scope, timelines, budget, quality, and resourcing for their assigned projects. Client relationship responsibilities include risk and issue identification and escalation management. The Project Coordinator works with both internal departments, external customers, suppliers and sponsors to develop and communicate clinical supply project budgets, protocol supply plans, and processes to perform quality project execution, ensuring that all project objectives are met in a timely, efficient and high quality manner.

**Duties**:

- Works effectively in a team environment to assist with the management of CTES projects
- Under the direction of the Program Manager and the Director, CTES, ensures that projects follow approved processes and SOPs and adheres to client requirements and guidelines
- Tracks all aspects of each project including the storage and shipment of materials and maintains accurate and up-to-date reports as required
- Works closely with the procurement team and provides support by following-up with suppliers on POs and delivery dates; creates and submits Pos to suppliers
- Works to get quotes from Depots, IoR Service Providers and others and tracks quotes in Catalogue tables for each project; assists in obtaining quotes from supply base
- Assists the procurement team in matching quoted products to customer specifications
- Interfaces with appropriate external customers to successfully deliver Client’s product requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Coordinates with the Client in the pre
- project planning phase to define requirements (documents, drug products forms and/or ancillary labeling, if required). This includes assisting the creation of protocol specific Distribution Instructions, Drug or Equipment and Ancillary Shipment Request templates, and other study and project documentation, as appropriate
- Manages and provides regular status reports to Program Manager and Director, CTES as requested
- Works towards ensuring projects are completed based on timelines, budget and scope
- Liaises with the Warehouse team and provide receiving and shipping support as needed
- Supports the sales order process providing appropriate communication and documents per SOPs and work instructions
- Enhances the Myonex reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job tasks and encouraging innovative thinking for all client projects and the company in general.
- Additional tasks as requested by Director, CTES

**Education & Experience**:
A 4 year degree in science, pharmaceutics, natural sciences or other relevant area or job-related experience in the industry is desirable but not required. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant Pharmaceutical contract service organization experience, such as Clinical Research, Contract Packaging/Labeling, Logistics, Project Management, Clinical Quality Assurance, Regulatory or Business Development is required.
