Job Duties: Support all internal portfolio management, product strategy teams, and distribution channels across the platform. Collaborate with insurance regulatory, accounting, and liability expertise to design investment management products and services. Develop a thorough knowledge of BlackRock’s capabilities, products, and services, and integrate this knowledge into analytical solutions for insurers. Provide analytics and marketing materials to support the asset management sales process. Assist in asset allocation or asset-liability management engagement for a broad spectrum of asset classes, to help inform clients’ optimal investment strategy and provide support for client advisory assignments. Design appropriate investment and risk management frameworks and execute the implementation of the associated analytics utilizing insurance specific considerations including, accounting, capital, liquidity, and liability product features.

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $135,200 - $147,500. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
