Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI) of the Complaint Resolution Unit, and according to program and customer service goals, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for resolving the most sensitive and complex consumer complaints, providing training and technical assistance to Staff Services Analysts (SSA), responding to complex inquiries regarding the laws and regulations and assists in reviewing the SSAs complaints to determine if disciplinary action is needed.

Working Conditions

The incumbent works 40 hours per week in an office setting, with artificial light and temperature control. Daily access to and use of a personal computer and telephone is essential.
