cPort Credit Union is currently seeking a detail-oriented, Support Specialist for our Digital Banking Department. This position requires the ability to multitask, prioritize duties, research, problem-solve any issues that may arise, and respond to requests in a timely manner.

A Digital Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for Members who have eBanking related questions, or requiring troubleshooting.

**Essential Duties**:

- Communicate with Members via phone, chat, and via eBanking Message Center
- Manage internal inbox for internal questions as well as Member follow up request
- Monitor and build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Maintains up to date knowledge of bank-wide systems and new systems that are introduced.
- Facilitate training, and create internal training guides
- Help create knowledge based articles, and Member support Guides
- Responsibilities are expected to grow over time

**Location**:
This position will be located in Portland and has a remote option after successful training period.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with digital platforms and or Financial Intuition cores a plus
- College degree or completed college coursework preferred.
