As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for all inbound calls and text messaging. Every new customer calling will need either a virtual quote on the phone, or an appointment set with an estimator. This is a 100% onsite position. We believe in working together under one roof for the best support and communication, so we do not offer remote work. You will have one office leader for training and escalation for requests outside of your position. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Field all inbound phone calls, text messages, and in-person walk-in requests
- Forward any communication to the appropriate team member if not new requests
- Schedule our field estimators with calendar software
- Confirm appointments by phone the day before.
- Follow up with unapproved quotes on the phone.
- Liaise with the office for parts ordering and installation schedule needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and extroverted demeanor.
- Knowledge of window and door products is a plus.
- 2+ years of admin experience (construction related work preferred).
- Detail-oriented and able to adapt to learning new software.
- Comfort around google drive environment, CRM knowledge a plus.
