**WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?**:
As a RN Nurse Manager in Crisis Stabilization at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will play a crucial role in providing supervision and coordination of psychiatric and medical services to clients with various mental health and substance use disorders at our Regional Crisis Stabilization Center. Your participation in a multidisciplinary approach will involve rapid assessment, crisis intervention, medication administration, and monitoring to address acute symptoms and prevent hospitalization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing nursing staff and supporting the staff psychiatrist in medication management, crisis intervention, and counseling services. The safety and well-being of our program clients directly rely on your expertise in client assessments, medication administration, and crisis response. Your leadership in ensuring compliance with medical regulations and developing health policies will contribute to the overall safety and success of our program.
