**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced corporate accountant to join our team. This position is responsible for accounting and finance tasks in support of Green Street Pictures. There will be direct interaction with personnel at all levels of the organization as well as with outside service providers.

**What you'll do**
- Provides key financial support, including internal and external reporting, month-end closing duties, and analyzing and communicating business performance
- Manage the corporate entities accounting for receivables and payable
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and supporting financial information
- Review documents such as bank statements and vendor invoices
- Actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of process improvements that create efficiencies and improve the integrity of the company's financial reporting system
- Interface with our team of Production Accountants in order to manage the corporation’s financial duties for each project

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- A strong understanding of general accounting and financing principles, including working knowledge of account payables, receivables, and budgets
- Excellent computer skills including high proficiency in Microsoft Office and a high level of ability with Excel functions, shortcuts, and formulas
- Strong organizational and research skills, solid attention to detail, high accuracy, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Entertainment industry experience preferred but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
