We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) for our Behavioral Health Department at our El Nuevo San Juan health center. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to LMSW's and LCSW's, review patient charts, treatment plan, documentation and carry a caseload of patients to provide assessment, psychotherapy and crisis response. He/she will report to the Associate Medical Director of Behavioral Health

Starting Compensation: Minimum $85,000 per year; Maximum $95,000 per year.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in social work from an accredited institution is required.
- NYS LCSW credential is required.
- 2-5 years of experience providing clinical counseling.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Flexibility, good writing skills, ability to accept feedback.

**Key Duties**
- Provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients who present with mental health issues.
- Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of 5 licensed clinicians to ensure training and quality of care.
- Develop plans for child services in compliance with regulations, policies and procedures
- Provide support in crisis intervention for supervised staff.
- Develop staff in evidence-based practices and trauma informed care treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT.

**Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule**:
Onsite; The Bronx, NY; Tuesday through Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm, except on Tuesdays and Thursdays which require a 10 am to 7 pm schedule.

**Starting Compensation**:
Minimum $94,000 per year; Maximum $104,000 per year
