As a Customer Service Specialists, you will process customer concerns and issues related to products or services. Ultimately enhance the customer experience, help customers complete purchases, upgrades/returns, frequently provide necessary technical assistance, book service appointments, and promote customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Convert into booked appointments.
- Look up customer accounts so you can respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the brand.
- Establish rapport and encourage repeat business through open and interactive solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information. Go the extra mile and engage the customer, upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record with customer service skills and practices.
- Have a good working understanding of Microsoft office (Outlook Mail & Calender, Excel, Word), phone systems, technology, CRM.
- Highly organized and exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Verbal and written communications.
- Experience in an office environment, engaging personality, goal driven team player.
- Exceptional phone manners and active listening skills.
- Understand and embrace new technology.
- Customer oriented, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, adaptability and respond to different situations accordingly.
- High school degree
