Foothill Child Development Services (FCDS) is currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our expanding organization As one of our BCBA’s, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of ABA treatment programs for clients of FCDS. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, lead and supervise a team of therapists, train staff, and work with parents and families. We are looking to bring on an exceptional BCBA to make a difference in our organization. This position will oversee cases in the San Fernando Valley.
- Serve as a Clinical Supervisor who will design, supervise, and implement ABA treatment programs for children between the ages of 3 and 18 years diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental, neurological disabilities.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral assessments of clients using evidence-based curriculums.
- Data analysis, report writing, treatment plan development, and supervision of frontline therapist.
- Oversee the implementation of Direct ABA intervention in home, community and educational settings.
- Ensure that accurate and ongoing data is collected reliably on client’s programs and plans.
- Monitor staff competency through direct observation and provide immediate feedback and modeling
- Assess staff competency and performance through collection of fidelity of implementation and reliability data
- Schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
- Effectively manage caseload responsibilities while submitting all required documentation in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team.
- Demonstrate clear communication with all staff members and caregivers.
- Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies by providing on-going parent education.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of clients and HIPAA compliance
- Regularly attend professional conferences focusing on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

**Qualifications**
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA certification is **required**)
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- 2+ years of experience clinical supervising children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and designing/managing ABA-based treatments
- Knowledge and experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
- Authorized to work in the United States and Clearance from Department of Justice
- Current TB test
- Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation and car insurance
- Bilingual skills valued - Spanish and Armenian, are preferred but not required.
