**Job Title**: Medical Secretary
**Location**: 464 Hillside Ave, Suite 211, Needham, Massachusetts, 02494
**Facility**: BIDHC-DEDHAM WESTWOOD FAMILY MEDICINE
**Shift Type**: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday to Friday
**Guaranteed Hours (Weekly)**: 40 hours/week
**Duration** - 13 weeks temp to perm

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative tasks
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verifications
- Working the phones
- Handling prior authorizations

**Requirements**:

- COVID Vaccination and Booster required.
- Cannot have worked permanently or as a traveler for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Healthcare setting:

- Inpatient
- Private practice

Medical specialties:

- Primary Care

Schedule:

- 5x8
- Monday to Friday
