Nana Dot's Southern Sweets is a beloved online bakery known for our authentic Southern desserts. Based in a commercial kitchen in Garland, Texas, we deliver locally around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and ship our delectable treats nationwide. You'll also find us at many local farmers markets in the area.

**We're Hiring**
We are looking for enthusiastic Associates to join our team in a hybrid role. This position involves baking with us from Wednesday to Friday and selling our delicious products at local events and farmers markets on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you are friendly, customer service-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow with a family-owned business, we'd love to hear from you No prior experience is necessary—we'll provide all the training you need.

**Baking Responsibilities (Wednesday - Friday)**:

- Mixing batter
- Baking cakes and pies
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning workstations and bakery areas as needed
- Unloading and loading supplies

**Schedule**: 9am - 4pm

**Sales Responsibilities (Saturdays & Sundays)**:

- Setting up and breaking down vendor booths
- Arranging products attractively
- Engaging with customers
- Describing products
- Processing sales transactions
- Cleaning the vendor booth as needed
- Unloading and loading supplies

**Sales Schedule**:

- 8am - 12:30pm
- 9am - 5pm
- 12pm - 6pm

(Schedules vary depending on weekend events)

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
