Position: Daycare Teacher/Caregiver in all age groups Full-time/Part-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for children aged infant to school aged.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's development to tailor instruction and support individual needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and creativity.
- Adhere to licensing regulations and uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
