Recently purchased by Madison Resorts, this property is currently under full restoration construction with plans of softly opening in April of 2024.

The property will consist of a hotel, which will boast over 200 hotel rooms, 1-2 restaurants, multiple pools, and of course beach service with much more to come in future years.

**Summary**:
The role of this overnight Housekeeping Attendant is to not only respond to guest calls, assist with floor calls, and stocks supplies in the housekeeping department, but also assist in laundry duties, cleaning public spaces, assisting in cleaning of the pool, and if necessary, retrieving guests' vehicles from our valet parking lot. This is a role that requires a hard-working, team player.

**Responsibilities**:

- Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies and procedures.
- Ensures guest interactions are always positive. Smiles with every guest.
- Deliver clean linen to guest room attendants and linen closets
- Collect and deliver dirty linen to Laundry.
- Collect trash and recycling from guest room attendant’s carts and dispose of properly.
- Deliver all extra supplies to linen closets.
- Vacuum hallways, dust hallway pictures, tables, etc.
- Sweep and mop stairwells and service elevator landings.
- Sweep and mop vending machine areas and keep machines clean.
- Ensures all linen closets are locked at the end of the shift.
- Collect dirty glasses and mugs and take to the dish room for cleaning.
- Turns in all Lost & Found items following the standard procedures.
- Flips mattresses quarterly.
- Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered.
- Be familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the hotel, cooperating fully and in a friendly manner with those areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Be a "Team Player" and encourage a teamwork attitude among staff.
- Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities.
- Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.
- Ensure areas are free of safety hazards and perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
