The Shipper/Receiver Clerk position will be responsible for handling the shipping and receiving activities within our company, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials and products.

**What You Will Do**
- Prepare shipments for outgoing orders, including picking, packing, and labeling of products.
- Work closely with the Supply chain specialist, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Generate shipping labels and maintain accurate shipping records.
- Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
- Verify quantities and check for any damages or discrepancies.
- Document receipt of materials in the inventory management system.
- Maintain organized and efficient storage of materials and products in the warehouse.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to relevant departments.
- Assist in quality control inspections of incoming materials and finished products.
- Report any quality issues or deviations to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
- Follow all relevant regulations and procedures for handling, storing, and shipping materials.
- Other shipping/ receiving-related tasks (as required)

**Required Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma, a college degree in a logistics discipline or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
- 6 months of logistics, retail, or customer service experience
- Experience with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs (good to have)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and proven attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
