**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement channel strategy for maximum impact

- Elevate partner relationships and drive global channel growth
- Optimize channel programs and incentives for partner success
- Champion our products and solutions through partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics
- Direct engagements with partners on sales strategies and forecast
- Outbound sales initiatives to gain new partners

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in channel management within the IBMi market
- Demonstrated ability to drive channel revenue growth
- Cloud, Services, & Software experience in the IBMi marketspace
- Proven track record of successful channel sales leadership in a global setting
- Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive innovative channel sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong negotiations abilities
- Legally authorized to work in U.S.A.
