Consistently completing Opening and Closing tasks to expectation. *Daily Task Lists are consistently completed *On Time and Ready for Shifts consistently. *The store is tidy and stocked. *You go above and beyond to deliver excellent service and product to customers. You follow up when needed to ensure the customer leaves happy and taken care of. *Positive Feedback from your Team and Leadership.
