**4:30pm - 8:30pm Monday - Friday**
**IMMEDIATE OPENING**
As Receptionist, you will:
- Promptly and professionally answer multi-line phone system.
- Screen and route calls to appropriate departments.
- Greet visitors and residents with a smile and positive attitude.
- Distribute facility mail.
- Provide clerical support to other departments as necessary.
**Receptionist Requirements**:
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience working in healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Maintain basic knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong communication skills.
