**Essential Functions**:

- Learn to lead by example to earn trust, respect, and followership while building strong teamwork.
- Observe and learn to identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
- Learn to minimize inventory shrinkage by ensuring proper processes and procedures are utilized.
- Learn to oversee controllable expenses, create work schedules, approve timecards, and monitor labor costs.
- Observe and communicate with Area Manager to establish initiatives and business plans for the store.
- Learn how to develop, update, and execute annual budgets and action plans.
- Learn to take responsibility for P&L while mapping out initiatives and business plans for the store.
- Observe and ensure that all delivery vehicles are kept in working order and represent the company positively.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required for operation of company vehicles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of retail operations preferred.
- Personal qualities of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality

- Ability to talk and/or hear frequently.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
