Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a cash register and POS system
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Serve food items such as sandwiches, salads, and prepare beverages (Coffee, Smothie)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area
- Bussing tables and cleaning dining area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers
