Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Tilton, United States MB TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT Full time

Must have some HR experience.

The primary responsibility of this is to provide support to the Human Resources & Safety Manager by fulfilling the requirements below:

- Payroll Processing weekly.
- Additional payroll duties such as enrollments, claims, monthly payments, etc. as needed.
- Assist the HR/Safety Manager in Safety & Training Protocols and Certifications.
- Assist in Benefit Administration, including audits.
- Regulatory compliance with HR/Safety Manager for various State & Federal Requirements.
- Various other HR functions and projects as assigned by the HR & Safety Manager.

This position requires a high attention-to-detail and previous general HR experience is a must.

This list does not fully encompass all functions and duties that may come across during the day-to-day functions.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
