**Summary**

As the Digital Marketing Growth Manager, you are the architect of our brand's digital journey. Your role is pivotal in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies across our diverse portfolio companies. From dissecting data to uncovering customer insights, to forging strategic partnerships and optimizing our online presence, you drive growth and elevate our brands. **Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and scale digital marketing programs across portfolio companies, encompassing paid/affiliate, social, referral, lead gen, and other bespoke solutions tailored to each business.
- Analyze data to drive informed optimization of the customer journey and funnel, spanning acquisition, retention, and conversion initiatives, employing a 'data first' approach to analyze and leverage data wherever possible.
- Propel and execute strategies to bolster traffic and conversion across a diverse spectrum of businesses within GarageCo's Family of Family Brands.
- Perform customer segmentation and analysis to inform content and messaging development aimed at capturing high-value customers, ensuring alignment with the customer journey and voice.
- Identify, scope, and onboard digital agencies, media agencies, affiliate marketing partners, creative entities, and other pertinent marketing resources to cultivate optimal partnerships that catalyze sustainable EBITDA growth within our Family of Family Brands.
- Deeply engage with pivotal digital-first Customer Acquisition platforms such as Paid Search, Paid Social, OTT, SEO, and Affiliate, among others.
- Display comfort in delving into platforms to provide constructive feedback on enhancing program performance.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a growth, marketing, and/or e-commerce role, with startup experience being advantageous.
- Proven track record of optimizing marketing performance in a DTC growth environment, leveraging diverse tools, channels, and partnerships to expedite growth and drive overall financial outcomes.
- Experience in engaging with challenging marketing agencies to foster growth across various metrics, including leads, new customers, revenue, and profitability.

**Skills**
- Ability to develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in several and familiarity with numerous DTC/BTB marketing channels.
- Proficiency in project management, with a meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Strong analytical skills and a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with website optimization and lead generation optimization techniques.
- Eagerness for continual learning and growth, coupled with problem-solving acumen and a collaborative spirit conducive to interfacing with individuals across functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a predisposition for working harmoniously with stakeholders across our Family of Family Brands.
- Ability to swiftly assimilate into the culture of our Family of Family Brands and collaborate constructively as a business partner with leadership teams to effect meaningful change.
