**Role**
The TDM Coordinators will work directly with employers and multi-unit residential buildings to educate and assist them in traveling by transit, bicycle, carpool/vanpool, and other non-single occupancy vehicle modes to increase the use of sustainable transportation modes among employees, residents, and other travelers.

Foursquare ITP is seeking **three** TDM Coordinators:

- In collaboration with the TDM Service Area Lead, the project manager and other supporting staff, work directly with one client on employer focused TDM efforts.
- In collaboration with the TDM Service Area Lead, the project manager and other supporting staff, work directly with one client on both employer and residential focused TDM (1/2 time) and with another client on assisting employers to become best workplaces for commuters (1/2 time).
- In collaboration with the TDM Service Area Lead, the project manager and other supporting staff, work directly with one client on both employer and residential focused TDM (1/2 time) and with other project managers in the company on outreach and engagement work related to other transportation planning projects (1/2 time).

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Work as part of a team to accomplish program goals and objectives.
- Conduct business-to-business outreach with employers, multi-unit residential buildings, and other organizations including consultative sales meetings with front office, HR, and marketing staff about transportation options for guests, visitors, and staff, maintaining and growing the number of industry contacts aware of the availability of TDM assistance.
- Maintain records on all outreach efforts through customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work with marketing team to provide content and ideas for the creation of marketing materials, including online information, print materials, newsletters, and sales and marketing collateral materials.
- Present on services available at regional meetings, webinars, and other presentation opportunities. industry meetings.
- Conduct outreach at a variety of TDM events to promote transportation options to commuters, employers, guests, visitors, and residents, ensuring they understand their alternative transportation options.
- Fulfill brochure requests for all programs and prepare event materials and collateral.
- Manage recognition programs for employers and other partners to acknowledge their efforts at implementing programs and supporting travel by sustainable modes.
- Plan and conduct outreach and engagement for a variety of transportation projects to educate, inform, and receive input from stakeholders and the public.

**Required Skills and Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Public Relations, Public Administration, Marketing, Urban Planning, or related area. Commensurate relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.

Previous experience in TDM and CRM software is a plus but not required.

TDM-CP certification is a plus but not required.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.

**Compensation**
An individual who meets the minimum requirements can earn an annual salary of $67,000. Salary can be as much as $81,000 based on additional education, years of experience, and relevance of experience.
