**Brief**:
An Operations Coordinator manages the Intake Process from beginning to end and assists with audits.
**Requirements**:
- To be in the office environment
- Knowledge of Intake Process/Clinical Paperwork
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook in particular) & GoogleSuite
- Hands-on experience with office machines
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors Degree - Preferred
- 1 year experience doing clinical paperwork - Required
**Responsibilities**:
- Review referrals for new individuals for Providers
- Initiate contact with Individual/Guardian/Authorized Representative
- Attend Intake Meeting
- Complete Clinical Intake Paperwork
- Complete Part V and enter into WaMS
- Input client paperwork into Electronic Health Record (iCloud, Therap, etc)
- Ensure all Supervisors & assigned QDDPs have the required intake documentation to file at the providers
- Ensure the Individual is added to the appropriate caseload
- Overall oversight of intake process & case assignment
- Complete & gather missing paperwork for chart audits
- Perform chart audits for Providers
- Additional QDDP responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors
