The Commercial Lines Team Lead works directly with the Department Manager to drive department goals. This dynamic, positive and effective communicator will lead the CL Service team while managing a book of business with an unwavering commitment to service excellence and revenue growth. They will demonstrate the level of excellence expected of the team and lead and mentor others to achieve the same. This position is a client facing role utilizing professional skills in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance to maintain and enhance client relationships while also insuring client profitability.
**Qualification Requirements**:
- **QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST BE RESIDENTS OF VT, NH, MA, OR NY**:
- Active Property & Casualty License
- At least 5 years of experience working in Commercial Insurance is required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required
- Must possess a thorough familiarity with complex Commercial coverages
- Proficient with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel and Office365
- Strong interpersonal skill and a desire to cultivate positive relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Must have Integrity; A positive attitude; Highly professional; Reliable; Focused; Detailed; Efficient; Must be a Team player and highly self-motivated
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
