Personal Training Director

Medford Fitness is looking for a dynamic **Fitness Director** with a competitive salary to oversee our expanding Training Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive growth of department revenue via sales and service program
- Lead flawless execution of department best practices as they pertain to personal trainers and fitness consultants
- Oversee all aspects of administrative details as they pertain to program protocol
- Hiring, training, motivating, directing and evaluating all personal trainers and fitness consultants
- Communicate with club members as it pertains to the personal trainers and fitness consultants

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience managing and growing a personal training client base
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales both personally and through support of membership staff
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Previous personal training sales and a current personal training certification or fitness related degree
- are a plus
- Ability to work with and recruit trainers for all types of training (private, group, etc)
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year managing a personal training staff for a health club or studio

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
