**Job responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong executive-level written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong understanding of budgeting / planning cycles and tracking of related OKRs and KPIs

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Proficiency in distilling complex problems into addressable suggestions for senior management to make decisions
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Effectively problem-solve and address top strategic priorities, see beyond the immediate next steps, anticipate and proactively address existing and potential roadblock
- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
- Knowledge and interest in financial services industry, product innovation and/or financial technology
