As a **Project Coordinator**, you will work with a Senior Human Resources professional to support various policies, programs and processes for the Spartanburg, SC location. You will help leaders and employees with general HR questions, and you will provide general administrative support to the team, including research and reporting needs.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Support HR Business Partner in their day-to-day activities (e.g., employee first point of contact and intake, letters, presentations, headcount management tracking, invoice/expense management, updating organizational charts, file management, updating HR policies, etc.).
- Provide customer service that instills trust in KDP, and always maintain confidentiality.
- Research employee data in Workday, SAP, and Kronos, and generate ad hoc reports upon immediate request of management.
- Answer STD & FMLA inquiries and claims to ensure employees comply with all requirements.
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and practices are communicated and adhered to within the assigned business unit.
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and practices.
- Support with performance management including maintaining and updating employee files.
- Assist with employee relations intake, investigative fact-finding and prepare responses.
- Assist with the management of small to medium special projects and perform other duties as needed.
- Coordinate and support activities related to KDP's New Employee Orientation Program.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field or professional equivalent experience required
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Proven bias for action as evidenced through proactive, innovative, and value-creating solution implementation.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic, and rapidly changing business environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize the most impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities.

Total Rewards:

- Salary Range: $ 25.87 - 42.69 per hour
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
