- Managing a small team and demonstrating leadership skills.
- Retaining existing members and attracting new members.
- Achieving sales goals and ensuring overall member satisfaction.
- Self-generation of leads through local networking and other marketing avenues.
- Collaborating with accounting, marketing, and technology teams to increase revenue and meet or exceed monthly budgets.

**What We Offer**:

- Monthly and quarterly bonuses (Managers typically earn between $10,000 -$20,000 per year in total bonus).
